SMS Terms & Conditions — Austin Gate Doctors
Program description. Austin Gate Doctors (a DBA of Gate Doctors LLC) sends transactional service notifications to customers who have booked gate installation or repair work: appointment confirmations, scheduling options, technician arrival windows, job status updates, and invoice and payment notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in. You provide your mobile number and give verbal consent when booking service by phone, or you opt in through our customer portal. You may also text START or YES to 512-693-4445 to subscribe. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or service.
Verbal consent script. When you book service with us by phone, our staff read the following before the call ends:
"We'll send you text updates about this appointment — confirmation, your technician's arrival window, and your invoice. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Is this the best mobile number for those?"
Your verbal agreement and the mobile number you provide are recorded on your customer record with the date, time, and the name of the staff member who collected it.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the service activity on your account.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Austin Gate Doctors does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop all further texts. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call 512-693-4445, or email info@austingatedoctors.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
